Tesamorelin

Tesamorelin is a synthetic growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) analog used to reduce abdominal fat. It stimulates growth hormone release, helping to decrease visceral fat. Administered as a daily subcutaneous injection, common side effects include joint pain, swelling, and injection site reactions.
